• Not a happy pet owner

  "Prices are expensive compared to other local vet surgeries but it was explained to us that because they have a hospital they have more overheads to cover. Expected to receive a quality service but was very sadly disappointed.
  
  Two male dogs castrated - both came down with infections that MK Vet Group did not attend to properly. Ended up having to see an out of hours vet for emergency treatment.
  
  Female dog with health issues had some very expensive blood tests. After 2 weeks we called for the results to be told a vet would call us back.
  
  After no phone call was forthcoming we called again for the results only to be told that some tests were back but that results are only given between 4pm and 4.30pm. I guess we will be calling yet again tomorrow.....
  
  Premium prices with a second rate service. I would not recommend this Vet Group at all."
