"nice staff, but they try and force everything on you, and tell you everything looks fabulous on you, even if it doesnt.also, dont pay them until youre absolutely certain you want that particular dress. they are schemers... i was told i had to put down a deposit for my dress, otherwise, it would go back on the racks and be sold to another costumer if they wanted it. as soon as i got home i changed my mind about the dress, and asked 2 get a refund, ..the answer..."NO, this isnt debenhams, u cant get your money back". i thought this was unfair as the dress was still in the store, and i only paid half of the cost since i was told i had to do it.
on the upside they have nice dresses though, but DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TILL YOURE SURE THATS WHAT YOU WANT. prices are decent."
