The Swan Revived Hotel is a former Coaching Inn dating back to the 15th century, situated in the heart of the quaint Buckinghamshire town of Newport Pagnell; just two miles from junction 14 of the M1and 5 miles from central Milton Keynes.

Accommodation is available in one of our 40 comfortable guests rooms or two mews cottages.For short breaks there are weekend discounted rates for two night stays and some ideas of things that you might like to do in the local area at Days Out.

We can supply a meeting room or conference venue where we offer very competitive rates on our 12 and 24 hour delegate packages as well as more flexible options for shorter meetings.

Licensed for civil marriage ceremonies we offer a complete wedding package - as an independently owned hotel we specialise in tailoring our services to meet your exact requirements.

Accommodation

The Swan Revived has 40 bedrooms all of which are en-suite and include tea
& coffee-making facilities, direct-dial telephone and satellite television.

There are also two mews cottages, which provide more flexible accommodation
for groups or longer stay guests.

Guests are invited to check in to the hotel from 2.00pm.

Weddings & Civil Partnerships

A stylish venue for wedding receptions and civil partnership celebrations
for up to 100 guests.

There are two rooms licensed for Civil Marriage/Partnership Ceremonies, the oak-panelled restaurant and the Stafford Room.

We would be delighted to put together a package tailored exactly to your
own requirements and take over the burden of organizing a successful
day leaving you free to enjoy it.

At the Swan Revived we aim to ensure that your special day is one of the most memorable days of your life.

From your first provisional enquiries our experienced staff will be on
hand to share their experience and to offer advice on all aspects of
planning your day.

Being an independently owned hotel we are able to be less prescriptive
than many of our competitors; we won't say 'no' just because your requirements aren't traditional, nor will we put pressure on you to do
things our way.

We will endeavour to create the perfect day for you.

Conferences & Meetings

The Swan Revived has two conference rooms, both well equipped and with natural daylight, which can host meetings of between two and seventy-five delegates.

There are a series of flexible pricing options:

The ‘Day Delegate’ option – perfect for all day meetings; this includes:
Room hire, presentation equipment (OHP and flipchart) a choice of hot and cold lunch options and tea, coffee and break-time snacks
Prices start from £29.95 per day

The ‘24 hour Delegate’ option which includes all of the day delegate option as well as
a three-course dinner in the restaurant, overnight accommodation and a full English breakfast.
Prices start from £115.00 per person per day

The ‘Weekend Delegate’ option – a great way to save on our day and 24 hour rates.
Big discounts available for Saturday and Sunday meetings. Ask our conference
co-ordinator for prices.

Eat & Drink

The Cob and Pen
The lovely oak panelled restaurant has an elegant ambience combined with a welcoming atmosphere which ensures you will feel at home from the first time that you walk through the door.

The food is a mixture of the modern and traditional with the emphasis being on the use of fresh local produce wherever possible. To supplement the a la carte menu there are daily and seasonal chef’s specials and a selection of wines from the world’s finest growing regions.

On Sunday lunchtimes there is a traditional three-course family Sunday Lunch which, by popular demand, always features at least two roast meats and some traditional puddings (such as sticky toffee pudding or apple crumble and custard) as well as a large selection of other dishes. Always very popular, advanced booking is highly recommended!

In addition to the residents’ bar and lounge the ‘Frog and Nightgown’, the hotel’s own pub, is very popular with hotel guests and local residents alike. The atmosphere is relaxed and cosy and there is an excellent range of hot and cold food served at lunch times and in the evening.
