We have a standard procedure for all household removals.

Loading
We normally arrive at 9am unless another time has been requested. We start by transferring all of your hanging garments from your wardrobes into our hanging wardrobes. These will be loaded in to our van followed by all of your bedroom furniture. We cover every item of furniture with protective blankets and tie them securely in place before we leave. When all of your bedrooms are empty we will then start to load your living room furniture. We cover all of our customers 3 piece suites with specially made sofa covers which are quilted to protect them during transit. The Kitchen items will be loaded next followed by any garden or garage items. You will be asked to double check that nothing has been missed before we leave and to call us upon completion.

Transit:

Local Jobs - We will wait at our office to receive a confirmation call from you before we will proceed to your new property.
Short Distance - Under 100 miles. We will drive directly to the your new property and await the confirmation call.
Long Distance - Over 100 miles Will usually be loaded on completion day and delivered the following day.
Unloading
We will proceed to carefully unload the van and will ask you where you would like each item of furniture to be placed. (It helps if all boxes are labeled with the room that they need to be in beforehand.) All clothes will be transferred back into wardrobes. When our van is empty, you will be asked if there is anything which needs to be moved before we go.
