Introducing local British Farm Produce with a gentle twist. The menu has been created by our chef, Monsieur Remy Joly. Remy is regarded amongst the finest in his field, which is extremely apparent through his unique British Dishes, having been blessed with a mass of talent in preparation, succulentation and presentation.
The gentle twist is that Remy’s homeland is France, so our dishes include a sprinkle of `je ne sais quoi’.
A combined effort has seen the creation of Mya Lacarte as it stands now and the difference between this restaurant and others is simple, our dedicated hearts are in this, we all come to work with an attitude of service to others, with the aim of making our customers feel special.
