Baby Ballet Bounce:
A class specially designed for 3-4 year-olds, incorporating half-an-hour of ballet and half-an-hour of free movement and improvisation.
Ballet:
Ballet is the major discipline and the basis for all forms of dance. From the art of classical ballet students will learn
movement that will help them with musicality and coordination.
It is an essential class for building technique, strength, poise and posture.
This is an I.S.T.D (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing)
class where the pupils will have the opportunity to work towards exams.
Modern:
Modern dance has a strong classical ballet influence. The movement is generally very fluid and balletic, although it does include the dynamic highlights of jazz dance with isolations, kicks and leaps. It is mainly danced in bare feet. An important class for developing technique.

Jazz:
Jazz dancing is lively and fun and full of colour and rhythm.
Today it is used extensively in musicals, and is often referred to as show, or commercial dancing. The students will learn dances to songs from popular West End Musicals.
Tap:
Apart from being an essential skill for the professional dancer, Tap dance is one of the most enjoyable and rhythmical forms of dance. The students will learn relaxation, rhythm and coordination.

Tinytoes Workshop:
A class specially designed to incorporate Tap and Modern together for 5-6 year-olds.
Musical Theatre:
This class concentrates on drama and singing, essential parts of performing in the theatre industry. It is a group class where students will learn scales, diction and harmonies for singing, and accents, script reading and monologues for drama. Private tuition is also available in both disciplines for exam work.
Cheerleading:
Cheerleading is a fun form of dance that uses organised routines in troupes, dancing with pom-pons and chanting.
Stretching & Flexibility Class:
Flexibility is essential to a dancer. Students will spend half an hour working on suppleness, shape and strength in their muscles and bones.
Hip-Hop Workshop:
This class is an extension of Jazz dance that involves more free style movement, incorporating funky street dance, to the
latest R&B and Hip-Hop tunes.
M&J Stage Productions:
A new theatre based workshop concentrating on audition techniques and productions of Musical Theatre that will be performed throughout the year. This is not a drama and singing class; it is purely based on making musical shows.
