We are an established, award winning family run Master Butcher business based in Fife, Scotland and have been providing our customers with prime quality Scottish butcher meat from our shop in the Glamis Centre, Glenrothes for 20 years. Today our business is managed by Alex and Margaret Mitchell, together with their daughter Katherine and her husband Paul. We are renowned for excellence and our customers have always travelled to us because they are assured of the best quality butcher meat and service from our staff.

Alex has been a Master Butcher since 1962. He and his wife Margaret have worked together for many years and are well known, both within the community and the industry. Their daughter, Katherine, has grown up in the family business. She, too, is well known by our customers, who are delighted to see that not only is the family business continuing but is now expanding, since we are delighted to offer our customers the ability to order their quality butcher meat online and have us deliver it free of charge if their order is more than £40.

As members of the Scotch Butchers' Club, we have always carefully selected our suppliers to ensure we provide the best quality Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and Specially Selected Pork, which our discerning customers deserve.
