Find,
Probate Services in York, North Yorkshire. Welcome to Aegis Executor Management Services
Aegis Executor Management Service provides a fixed fee, probate service for people - whether they have died with or without a Will - large estate or small. And, even if the Will is currently held by a bank or another probate Solicitor you can still use any of our probate services.
The form filling, letter writing, phone calls and general sorting out of someone's estate can be quite stressful and very time consuming, especially if there's a property to sell. However, most people would agree that banks and Solicitors charge far too much for probate preparation and work.
Whilst offering the same professional probate service as any law firm or trust corporation, our overheads are much lower and we can therefore offer far more competitive rates than our competition without hindering the service that we provide. We can also offer guaranteed fixed-fee rather than percentages so you know up front what our cost will be.
You can choose how much of the work you want Aegis to do - we can do it all or assist you with only part of it. We can discuss this with you at the initial no obligation meeting.
For total peace of mind, our case managers are compassionate and friendly. Probate is completed using selected and approved solicitors from our panel. We are registered under the Data Protection Act and we also hold £5million of indemnity insurance cover.
