  • Experiences

Walking the Yorkshire Wolds and the North Yorkshire Moors and coast - we all dream of walking quiet footpaths in the countryside, birds singing and beautiful unspoiled views. Or perhaps you prefer walking long stretches of sandy beaches.

Many footpaths in the UK are overused and busy. Now you have the chance to walk unspoiled trails across the gentle rolling Yorkshire Wolds or the more dramatic North Yorkshire moors. Or for beach walking the long and sandy beaches of North and East Yorkshire which take in the dramatic cliffs of Flamborough Head and Bempton, (with its famous RSPB reserve). Stay at Wolds End Holiday Cottages York and choose one of our favourite walks as part of your holiday stay. Both cottages have information about a range of walks suitable for all ages and abilities.
