Welcome to Ebor Fitness,

Ebor Fitness opened its doors in August 2006 and has since grown into one of York's most vibrant fitness centres.

Catering for a wide range of people we have everyone from teenagers to pensioners and people just wanting to tone up and get a little fitter to elite athletes. We pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere and our fully qualified staff are always on hand to help you in any way they can.

We are also the cleanest gym in York. Our strict cleaning policy ensures that you can enjoy your time at Ebor Fitness to the maximum.

Our aim is to offer the highest quality service at an affordable price, nobody wants to spend more money than they have to, which is why we offer flexible memberships for flexible lifestyles.

Facilities

Ebor Fitness boasts a large selection of weight resistance machines both pin and plate loaded, as well as a large range of free weights. Our dumbbells range from 2Kg to 70Kg. Our cardio suit includes treadmills, cross trainers, concept II rowers, bikes and recumbent bikes.

All of which are situated in front of plasma TVs to help pass the time while you work out.

But it's not all about working up a sweat; our luxury changing areas include the highest quality power showers, sun-beds and the very popular infrared cellulite burning saunas. The ladies changing area also comes with hairdryer and the latest GHD hair straightners.

This however is not all we offer. We pride ourselves on friendly professional service and giving customers the best value for money. This is why we do not charge for workout programmes and give free diet and nutritional advice to all members should they require it.
