 At Harmony House Cookery School  we want to give you confidence and inspire you to adapt recipes to suit you and your life style. We have many years experience of cooking at cordon bleu level and we want to pass our experience on to you so that you can produce stylish food that is deceptively easy to cook.

If you are a novice cook our courses will give you confidence that cooking can be straightforward and easy, and for those of you who just love to cook, the chance to experiment and try something different. Ultimately on your visit to Harmony House Cookery School you will learn new dishes and how to present eye catching food for family and friends.

Cooking dishes together and not in individual units is where we make ourselves different to other cookery schools. Small classes man you don't feel intimidated and have more attention. 

Cooking together means you can observe other dishes being prepared, share ideas and recreate dishes you maybe would not want to attempt on your own. You can also experiment with your own ideas for presentation. Eating the food you have all cooked allows you to taste a wide range of dishes, discuss them and then cook them at home.
 

If you are looking for something a little bit different to celebrate your family Birthdays, Anniversaries, hen days or corporate team builds then book your own individual day. Bring your friends and build your own special time at Harmony House. This is your day so you can choose what you would like to make, from Canapés &  chocolates to an afternoon tea or three course meal.

All the ingredients and refreshments are included in the cost of the day, and you will go away with a memento of your experience. Then all you have to do is sit back and enjoy and share the dishes you have cooked in the peaceful surroundings of Harmony House. We guarantee you a memorable time.

We are also a registered training centre for CIEH Food Safety levels 1 & 2 and can provide training at the school or at your own venture. guarantee you a memorable time.

Hilary demonstrates garnishes and knife skills with tips and hints on how to beat the credit crunch with quick meals and best use of the freezer and shopping. Alternatively share Hilary's insider secrets on how to cater for parties and large numbers easily including planning ahead. Not to be missed momentous occasions from her varied career including cooking for celebrities and royalty.
