Our management team has a combined experience of over 50 years in the provision of services to individuals with autism and are committed to improving the quality and scope of support available to individuals with autistic spectrum disorders in the UK.

We are listening, if you have a question that our site does not address we will endeavour to find the answer for you. You can email us or post a question on our discussion boards.

There are lots of websites that provide very helpful advice on many aspects of autism. Living Autism is the only independent service not affiliated to any service providers that provides resources, directories and a comprehensive list of service providers, all in one place.

More information, greater choice

We provide more in-depth profiles of our members than any other service directory, so you can find the right service provider based on individual needs and lifestyle preferences, hobbies and interests, all those things that make for a 'great service' rather than just a 'good one'.

Of course we can't promise that our members can meet all the needs of every user, but at least we can tell you what is available.

We believe the best advice is from people who have faced the same challenges as you. At Living Autism we are committed to supporting peer to peer networks - if you are looking for a support group or just want to talk to someone try our directory of support groups if you are already a member of a group and your network is not listed please get in touch, we want to hear from you.

Living Autism screen all our members to ensure that they are able to provide the service they promise. All residential facilities are personally visited by one of our team before it receives the 'Living Autism' membership 'tick' on their profile. And
because we are independent, you can be sure that we only give our honest and impartial opinion. For services such as therapists or employment consultants we check their documentation, references and qualifications - so you don't have to!
