Reporting to the MD and a Board position, this is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Finance Director from the SME market. You will manage all the finances and the company secretarial for this 10mill TO business, as well as HR.
Specific assignments include:
- Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts.
- Business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management reporting and full control & development of policies, systems, processes and managing a team of two transactional staff.
