For tenants, we provide administration services, in relation to renting properties,credit referencing, collection of deposits and rent, and providing tenancy agreements and providing advice with regards to obligations under the tenancy agreements.

Furthermore, we do not charge VAT on our fees, or charge renewal fees for existing tenancies.

We can provide Energy Performance Certificates, Landlords Gas Safety
certificates and Electrical certificates, and arrange for property refurbishment work (if required).

We work on the basis of a customer-focus service, are friendly and approachable and we come out to see you when it suits you ! Our work can extend outside normal working hours, if required.
