• A friendly place where they take you seriously

  "I was a member some years ago when the centre was one of the first in the area to offer the whole package. You could spend the whole day there and be as energetic or as relaxed as you wished. Seeing this in City Local has inspired me to revisit. It's a fantastic place!"

• Good facilities but terrible business

  "Facilities are very good here, however the attitude of membership staff is simply rude and aggressive. Several members have left the club because of their total unwillingness to listen or take any complaint/query seriously. Avoid this club like the plague - they'll rip you off."
