• Very Satisfied

  "I purchased a new Laptop and asked Ace Computing to transfer over all my files. Their engineer came to my home the very next day and using a remote hard drive the files were transfered in no time. Further advice was offered on various protection software and that was also installed.   "When I needed to update my computer and install a daily back up system, ACE Computers were my first choice based on the quality of recommendations I had received from members of local networking events I was attending at the time. I was more than impressed with the exceptional quality of customer service and excellent value for money on the products I received. ACE installed the technology for me and safely transferred data from my old system. They are there for me if I have any queries and I will not hesitate in using their services for all my future updates and IT requirements."

  "We were really in a 'hole', one morning the server simply stopped working. By lunchtime not only had Ace been in, but the problem was fixed and we were up and running (no 'engineers' who had to constantly refer back to the office - the guy they sent was the guy we needed!) "

  "ACE sorted me out with new laptop + basic CRM system for running my business. They also setup my wireless network at home. I have to say that they were very efficient, friendly and a delight to deal with. Compared to other quotes I had, I have to say their rates were extremely competitive. They also took time to explain everything to me very clearly and are always helpful on the phone if I have any questions. I would highly recommend them to small businesses like me and to any private homes who have problems with their PC's or wireless broadband. Couldn't be more helpful. Thank you ACE. Beccy

  "I have known Peter Phillips for a few years after meeting at a local network. Peter is an genuine person who really wants to help people - and this pulses at the core of his business. He has set up a small, but growing company providing computer support for homeowners and businesses in the region.   I have personally used Ace Computers to assist with computer problems and have also recommended him to my clients and to family and friends. And I don't give recommendations lightly! I've been impressed with the technical knowledge of staff, their friendliness and professionalism and their willingness to go that extra mile.   "I rely almost totally on my IT for my living. It is essential to me that I have access to support when things go wrong.   "The word ‘service’ has become a cliche’in the business world, but not in the case of Ace Computer services where it's their watchword. On each and every occasion that I have contacted Ace, I receive an immediate response and a technician is usually despatched that same day and my computer operational within a short time after arrival. If the computer has to be taken away, it’s usually returned the next day fully operational and they keep me updated as to progress. I am absolutely delighted with the service which is reliable, diligent and gets me back on track quickly which is the most important element to any customer."

• Ace, Excellent IT support with a personal, human touch

  "I run a charitable navigation authority 50 miles from Ace. However they have done an excellent job in setting up and maintaining our systems plus looking after our web site. There personal approach is excellent and they respond with lightening speed even though we are 50 miles away. They are also very good at ensuring your staff are fully trained and happy with their systems. They are always happy to help when ever someone has a probelm however small. I would recommend Ace to any business who wants the reasusrance of excellent IT support."

• Swift Service

  "On the two separate occasions I contacted Ace Computers when my computer failed they came to my assistance without delay. One problem required a prompt house visit which was dealt with and the problem solved swiftly. The other internet problem was rectified by the Engineer simply talking me through the matter. Based on those two experiences I did not hesitate to take out a one-year maintenance agreement with them."
