• Improved Performance

  "I went to one of Dougs seminars which i have learnt very much and enjoyed. Since then I have improved the performance of my business by at least 50%! Doug is a Professional, friendly, honest, down to earth guy who I would recommend. • Life changing seminar

  "I have attended your seminar on 25th April 07 on personal and business strategy which was a life changing seminar for me. I have also attended one of your recent presentations at an NRG networking event and I have had the honour to be in your company fortnightly at our business over breakfast club.
  
  From the talks that you give and the feedback on any advice one asks of you, you are able to effectively communicate the direction one should take or the certain philosophy one should follow from 'thick face black heart' book by Chin-Ning Chu. As i have said many times to you before in everyday life we become confused due to the changing circumstances in our personal lives and with the people who we meet. But after your talk and the way you are able to dictate the theory of Chin-Ning Chu life has a meaning and direction once more. things become clearer. One is able to ignore the negative thoughts of others and able to lead a life for themselves irrespective of the way in which others may judge you.
  
  You are able to help a person to become more confident and to follow the theory of 'Thick face black heart' to the extent that one is able to concentrate on the work that is at hand and to do it effectively and efficiently in a way one person would credit and increase their chances of success in whatever they do.
  
  The main theory you have taught so well and that strikes me as the most important is that of non-conflict you are able to advise on ways to resolve matters without the need of conflict arising. You have taught me how i can communicate my messages to a person without any conflict. Together with the issue of universal timing how things will happen when they are meant to happen although we are to always look for our opportunities.
  
  Yes this theory in 'Thick face black heart' to begin with is difficult to understand and apply but with your guidance one is able to lead a life just that little bit smoother. One can have the comfort of knowing that they can speak to someone who understands the theory of 'Thick face black heart' thay they can teach people who need guidance due to certain circumstances in life.
  
  I would like to sincerely thankyou for introducing the 'thick face black heart' to me which has now helped me to understand my surroundings and to work to become more successful by learning to appreciate myself. Thank You."
