Macdoland Khilley Court Hotel
"Staying over at the hotel, due to work business, after going into the wrong door! Getting told off by a young man in the restaurant, I didn’t mean to upset him please tell him sorry.
Due To a long day of hard work, at the end of it all I wanted was my bed and a relaxing nice clean bath like all working men these days wish for!
Well I would say. Don't bother with this. Shower did not work, Nothing worked the heating was too cold! The Duty Manger came up several of times to say he could not fix it or do nothing tonight for him. Would pass it on to a guy called Kyle? I didn’t know him it was getting serious now. Nothing happened day after day.
I approached a receptionist that told me I have no other choice, but to use the leisure bathrooms to have a shower. WAS I HEARING RIGHT AT THIS MINUITE 4* HOTEL? I was just going to walk to another hotel!
On my behalf must say, Megan is a credit to your company, the problem with my bedroom, Was trying to solve the shower and etc, at reception about the problem and however for the last 2 nights to move rooms. A little Voice came from somewhere (what number is it sir?) her nice smile just gave it all away! Came asked me the problem sorted it out for me, there and than asked me do I want anything else, witch was very nice of her.
The laughing matter of it was, a manger didn’t know how to work a shower. Laughed together! She was a credit to your area, helpful young girl that loved her job! 100% always telling me how she wants most stuff every teenage would wish for!
That day I thought better of the hotel, dinned every night in the restaurant, staff poorly served the food. Megan advised me to stay in the hotel and dine, she should give me the menu, and every thing she did for me I had to give it a go. Just to drive into the gates after Coming back from work, You would see Megan all the time working hard, still smiling every second of the day. Asking how my day as been was such a friendly helping staff, Must say Thank You Megan For a enjoyable week at Macdonald Khilley Court Hopefully see you next time. Keep smiling!
P.S - Food and drinks was very expensive

Bathroom Makeover - Top Class Job
"Jim Malloy did a complete refit of our bathroom and his work was first class from initial consultation to the finished article. He offered advice when planning the makeover and recommended several bathroom suppliers for us to choose from. I found Jim to be very friendly and had complete confidence in leaving him unsupervised in the house. Would definitely recommend this excellent tradesman to anyone. As other reviewers have mentioned, the attention to detail and finish, and competitive price is what makes Jim stand out from the rest.

New bathroom, fantastic job!!
"After the recent completion of our new bathroom by Jim Malloy of Swinley Plumbing and Tiling we will have no hesitation in recommending him to friends, family and work colleagues. Jim has completed a full re-fit of our bathroom including tiling walls and floor, fitting and re-locating a new suite, the installation of a suspended ceiling with spot lights also building a studded wall. The standard of Jim's work is excellent and his quote was very competative. The standard of finish is very professional and nothing has been too much trouble. Jim kept us informed of progress at all stages and offered advice when requested. Jim is very trustworthy and we had no hesitation leaving him unsupervised in our home. We will definatley use Jim again in the future.

No Nonsense
"Great Service provided by Andy. Had several jobs done now ranging from Family Portraits and my sons local football team, to him providing the photography for an annual fireworks display. FLIGHTS TO DUBAI
"We have just booked our flights to Dubai through Angela at one-to-one travel, I can honestly say Angela got us the best deal, I had personally been looking for the flights myself when I came across one of Angela's flyers, Angela gave excellant customer service and kept me informed every step of the way and was also able to get us a good deal with our insurance. Bathroom fit out - Standish - Im well pleased!!
"Having had a few bathroom “supply and fit” companies quote, I contacted Jim from Swinley Plumbing & Tiling . Many companies require you to choose from their own limited range of fittings and tiles . Choosing Jim to do the job meant that I could have my own choice of suite, shower, tiles and fittings whilst Jim took care of the rest. From start to finish Jim handled the entire job which included moving a door, plasterwork and all tiling. Time was taken to ensure a high standard of finish, everything was left clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Jim even fixed a leak in our other shower room whilst on this job. Our new bathroom is faultless and I cannot recommend him highly enough for his professional attitude and attention to detail and will be using him again for our en-suite room in the summer.

A Fantastic Salon
"Went into the salon feeling my age & came out 10 years younger, a small salon with bags of talent under its roof, had a one to one with the colourist who spent a great deal of time advising me on the correct colour, my hair was not only washed but I was also given a head massage & Gemma is one "gem" of a stylist, great cut. All the staff are extremely friendly & very professional, the surroundings are high quality with no expense spared."
