Lovely cosy flatshare located opposite Vauxhall Park available from 15th March. Very handy for public transport and nightlife, just 5-10 mins walk from Vauxhall tube/BR station/bus station (zone 1) and with a large supermarket close by. The available room is quite small but comfortable, and the rent includes broadband wi-fi, cable TV and utilities (but NOT council tax, which is about £60 a month at the present time). The flat is rented through an agency so there will also be a one-off fee payable to them for references and background checks etc I'm afraid. The property is a non-smoking residence. Property has washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, central heating... all the usual stuff you'd expect basically! It's not a massive place by any means but is an ideal size for two people sharing.
