Very Customer Detailed
"We contracted Fitzrovia Cleaners to clean several of our offices and cubicles a week ago, prior tenants had smoked in the building that we are now leasing. They removed several stains that we had tried to remove with the standard steam cleaning machine and when we tried the stains just grew in size. Our Office is now up and running and we are not at all embarrassed by cigarette smoke smell or dirty carpets. We are extremely happy with their customer service and follow up to see if every thing still looked good. The people at Fitzrovia Cleaners are extremely nice and very customer detailed. All of the phone staff were very accommodating and friendly. My cleaning team was actually a little early for their scheduled cleaning. Ann and her cleaning partner did a fabulous job on my house in just a little over 3 hours. I am happy, happy, HAPPY. "I really am thrilled with the beautiful job done on my mangy old carpet. Guess what it's not mangy anymore! With an active family and a big dog we get a lot of dirt and "stuff" in our carpet. I am not proud of it but I give you the truth.Fitzrovia Cleaners have been a lifesaver. My carpets looks super every time. I have had them out twice in the last year and I will have them out again around the holidays. The cost is low so I don't mind having them out a couple times a year."
The stains come out as expected
"We don't have carpets but our tiles need attention from time to time. Loved having Fitzrovia Cleaners tend to our floors. They made them look shiny and sparkling clean. Thrilled that they use natural products. They are also neat freaks! They always pay close attention to your home by putting bumpers around the furniture and go to great lengths to make sure that everything is perfect. We've also used them to clean and sanitize our couch: the stains come out as expected."Add a review
