Rude and disrespectful

"My Fiancée wanted to get me something special for Valentine’s day, went in there the day before, asked whether they could be delivered for Valentine’s day, they said they could. He was asked what flowers he wanted he said roses and said he liked the size of another bunch of flowers and paid for them.

I got them, lily's, daises and sunflowers with cupcake wrapping paper with what looked like a bug had made its way through all the leaves.

I came home showed them to him and he said they wasn’t what I ordered, he told me and I said well complain. He called the next day to be spoken to very rudely and basically got told he was a liar as they said he just ordered a hand tie and the cupcake wrapping was to go with the flowers, 'On valentines, I don’t think so!' I then called and asked to speak to the manager about how rudely he got spoken to and how I wanted something to be done about the how incident and she was even ruder telling me there would be no way I would have got roses for £26, 'How was we meant to be know, we aren't florists.'

So i advise you if you want to be spoken to disrespectfully, rudely and to be called a liar then go here, but if you would like lovely flowers and to have friendly staff I say Interflora.

Nice Local for Food and Drinks!

"This is a friendly venue for Birthdays parties, weddings and other family events.

To which I have been to a few over the years. The food has always been varied, the staff very pleasant.

Ideally situated between Crowborough and Jarvis brook with is own ample parking and B&B facilities.
