Based in Crowborough, just outside Tunbridge Wells, on the outskirts of Ashdown Forest, the Plough & Horses has been owned and run for the past 30 years by the Newton family. During this time it has been transformed, by David and Brenda, from a run down coaching inn to an impressive countrypub/small hotel, consisting of two bars, restaurant, function area and 15 en-suite letting rooms ideal for bed and breakfast.

Although the renovations have been extensive over the years they have been done sympathetically meaning the pub has lost none of the charm and character of its origins. The garden and patio are to be enjoyed during the summer whilst the warm cosy atmosphere is always welcoming during the winter months. Their accommodations comprises of 15 rooms, all of which are en-suite. They include single, twin, double and family rooms. All have televisions and tea/coffee making facilities. Whatever the duration of your stay at the Plough, you are always assured of a comfortable stay in the warm friendly surroundings of a traditional bed and breakfast pub.
