We are an established Contractor and family run firm based in Devon offering a local General Building and Renovation service, incorporating Loft Conversions, Extensions and General new builds which Peter Passmore and his father-in-law Cecil Burras started in 1976. As a local Building firm we have won various FMB awards. We have won awards that include a certificate of merit for a Loft Conversion and extension in Devon in 2004 then in 2005 in Torquay, we were awarded a certificate of excellence for Building a seven bedroom annexe extension.

In 2006, we undertook our biggest project to-date which was to build a seven bedroom extension with en suite’s and an 8 person lift from which we represented the South West in London in the Master Builder of the year finals and out of 1500 entries came first. As local General Builders in Torquay, our success is all down to our work ethic and standards we install into every job we undertake whether a new build or renovation, Loft Conversion or extension.

Because of the access to the property there were some local General Builders who turned down the offer of giving a quote!  The standard of work we produced prompted our customers to enter us into the Master Builder of the year from which we were given a Certificate of Excellence for the Loft Conversion and kitchen extension with balcony.
