Polar Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a major IT services organisation for an experienced Service Design Architect to manage the end to end design of service solutions including costing / pricing, bid documentation and presentations, and assumptions and risk analysis. The role also encompasses negotiation of contractual agreements to ensure there is commercial and operational integrity. Roles & Responsibilities Bids and Service Design Architecture (70%) *Responsible for Service and Commercial Solution design through contract to Operational go live of Managed Service bids (up to £50m). *Proactive in suggesting innovative solutions to customer needs.
*Ensure Service designs are complete on time. *Assist the sales team in the qualification process of sales opportunities by providing impartial advice and guidance. *Negotiate with the various stakeholders (sales, operations, legal, and the customer) to achieve a deliverable & commercially viable proposition.
