Families get moving

Start date: 20th June 2009 until 30th August 2009

COUNCIL-run exercise sessions for families wanting to get fit and have fun are being held across the Borough this summer.

Family Fit 2 Push exercise classes are suitable for the whole family from babies to grandparents. So if you'd like to get fit with your family then come along to a workout near you.

The sessions are being held on:

Saturday, June 20, 9am, Ropner Park (meet at the bandstand)

Saturday, July 25, 9am, Tees Barrage (meet at Durham University, Queen's Campus car park)

Saturday, August 22, 9am, John Whitehead Park, Billingham, (meet at Footsteps Children's Centre, Ochil Terrace)

The sessions cost £1 and booking is necessary as places will be limited.
