I Think I'm Hooked

"I went to Ken at Bodyscope to help lose a few (well maybe a little more than a few) pounds. I must admit I did"nt realise just how out of shape I was at that time. Anyway to cut a long story short Ken not only helped me achieve a pretty perfect weight but got me back in the best shape I've been in for a long time.
I'm only worried that now I'm hooked on working out."
