The power of video now makes it possible makes to present your company in a whole new way. It has now become viable and easy for small businesses to really communicate with their potential customers through video but the biggest questions that keep coming up are what to show and how?
Times are changing and it takes more than just a glossy video to impress viewers. Large companies get too flashy and smaller businesses aspire to this. In actual fact, most people see through all of this. All you have to do is:
1. Get a video camera
2. Point the camera towards the owner (or yourself if you are the owner - you might need a friend here)
3. Hit record and talk about your business.
4. Oops - there is no number 4...!
To keep the viewer interested, keep the video short and no more than a couple of minutes. You will be seen without the huge production costs and the viewer will see YOU and if they feel they know you, they TRUST you and feel more compelled to buy!
You can add your videos to CityLocal in 2 ways. You can upload your video directly to your listing or you can upload it to YouTube and add the YouTube web URL directly to your CityLocal Page. Potential customers will then be able to view the video directly in your CityLocal listing. The beauty is, this will not cost you a penny!
