Fantastic Results!
"I had been thinking about giving up smoking for a while and spoke to Mary about this. We had a lengthly chat about smoking in general and some of the things she said really made me question my habit. I then went in to a session in mid December, again it was all very relaxed and the emphasis was on my thoughts regarding smoking and was all about encouraging me to ask myself the important relevant questions regarding my "Smoking Addiction" and was all about finding the inner strength and belief in myself that when i was actually ready to quit i could. I left my session with a different attitude to smoking and made the decision to myself that i wanted to quit on New Years Eve. I put no pressure on myself but was completely at ease with my decision and have not had a cigarette since. I have not used any patches or gum or anything i have just stopped. I have gone from smoking 20+ a day for more than half my life to zero! No cravings no mood swings just no smoking! It has only been 24 days but i have saved myself over £160 already, thank you Mary!

Help with my Anxiety and Palpitations
"I am writing to tell you how I am doing this past few months. I’ve been felling much better. I think this time I could see results much more from the hypnotherapy now. I had very good days, without feeling any palpitation at all and when I feel that they aren’t as strong as it was before, so I am really happy with that. Also I am not feeling as soon as I wake up, which is a very good feeling. I am still aware of my heart at time, but less than before and I cannot say that I’m feeling 100% yet, but surely so much better than before. I think that I need to carry on now and allow things to get better, but I will contact you in the future if I need to. "

"Brain balancing has had some very strange but profound affects on me. A lot of the thoughts that flow through my head every day now are much the same as they were before – after all, brain balancing can’t make your problems go away. You still have to find a way to pay your university fees, learn complex subjects, revise for exams and get difficult course work done in short spaces of time while juggling family, friends, washing and cooking. I still don’t always do as well at these things as I would like – probably because my expectations have always been unrealistically high - but since having brain balancing, this stresses me out a lot less than it used to. In fact, I have noticed some fairly significant changes in my body, which are slowly beginning to spread to my busy and frenetic mind. I feel calm and happy most of the time. While my mind still reacts to situations with the same unhelpful thoughts, my body stays calm and doesn’t give in. This helps me look at things more rationally. I feel calmer and more in control, even when things aren’t going well or don’t turn out the way I would have liked them to.
The process is a fairly long one, you notice some changes very quickly but all the most profound things seem to come slowly, building upon earlier changes and getting gradually but continually better. As time has gone on, my thought patterns have begun to change and improve. There is a way to go yet but lately I have found myself able to face a very stressful situation, look at it for what it is and recalibrate my expectations. I wake up easily in the morning – in fact I love waking up – and the cold, dark winter isn’t getting to me at all this year. My memory has improved and my outlook is more positive, even when things are going wrong.

Fantastic Garage Fantastic Customer Service!
"I have been using this garage for the servicing, repair and MOT's of my vehicle over the last five years and i cant recommend them highly enough! Friendly and efficient service and a lot cheaper than other garages in the area! Apart from the regular annual servicing and MOT's they have helped me out when i have had 2 emergencies in the past and have turned up unexpectantly with my car on the back of a tow truck! The first time being when i snapped the only key i had to the car and the second time when my cam belt snapped! Both times i was given a courtesy car and sent on my way whilst they instigated the necessary repairs and they didnt even charge me for the loan of the car! Excellent friendly staff! Take your car here!"

Fantastic Lashes!
"I had my lashes done the week before my wedding. The staff are really friendly and put me at ease as I was was quite stressed with all the last minute arrangements. When I left the salon I caught sight of myself in a mirror in John Lewis and I did not recognise myself, the lashes had completely transformed my face! I looked fabulous on my big day (even if I do say so myself) and the lashes looked wonderful in the wedding pictures. We had a two week honeymoon after the wedding and the lashes stayed put even though we were swimming everyday and applying suncream etc.
I would have no hesitation in recommending asocelebs. I will be back for more lashes soon!

A Remedy for Anxiety, Stress and Claustrophobia
"Now I must state firstly that Matthew has helped me immensely and for that I’m extremely grateful, I was suffering from quite severe anxiety and was quite claustrophobic which when working in London is not very convenient. My concern is that that hypnotherapy does open up other avenues of problems and it was not always the case that what I thought was the problem actually was the problem. It seems that you subconsciously connect memories and ideas in your mind which combine together and cause a much greater problem to manifest. This was a quite confusing and at first in particular did not always seem relevant but in the end it did make sense, with some sometimes considerable help. Having said that I only saw Matthew 4 times and I am now much more confident in myself in many types of situations and basically anxiety free, that I overall say that it was absolute value for money and obviously I feel so much better within myself. Also that other people have noticed these changes within me which does add further proof that I have changed and bearing in mind that I am 53 now and I really did not think that I could change and be free of the anxiety, but I have been proved wrong!"
