Wokingham Weight Loss Fit Camp has three 45 minute sessions for you to attend every week for four weeks. We have two sessions – either the Early Risers sessions or Evening Sessions - Sometimes there will be partner work and sometimes you work on your own within the group – and guess what? Do I need any special equipment?
You should bring a water bottle with you to ensure you stay hydrated. We work you hard during your workouts and make it as fun as possible. Some people like to eat before their workout others prefer to exercise on an empty stomach – whatever is best for you. If you are attending an early morning session you may prefer to mix orange juice with water and a pinch of salt. You should bring gloves as you will have your hands on the ground at times and if its cold we advise you wear layers that you can remove as you require. Because we work mainly outdoors you will need to bring a mat with you. We are not into the sparkly lycra here – just comfortable sports wear that you don’t mind getting dirty and wet if the British weather is anything to go by! Everyone is at different fitness levels we do not segregate you – most of our exercises are timed so you work to your own capabilities.
