Amba absolutely loved the special attention you gave her as the birthday girl and all 30 odd children were enthralled by your magic - i have never seen them so quiet. The games were also great fun and the guitar playing during food time provided good background music and gave a party feel. I would certainly recommend your services. I thought you were the best magician/entertainer i had seen during the numerous other parties i have attended over the years with my three children.

ACC UK Ltd - I have been using this garage for the servicing, repair and MOT's of my vehicle over the last five years and i cant recommend them highly enough! Friendly and efficient service and a lot cheaper than other garages in the area! Apart from the regular annual servicing and MOT's they have helped me out when i have had 2 emergencies in the past and have turned up unexpectantly with my car on the back of a tow truck! The first time being when i snapped the only key i had to the car and the second time when my cam belt snapped! Both times i was given a courtesy car and sent on my way whilst they instigated the necessary repairs and they didnt even charge me for the loan of the car! Excellent friendly staff! Take your car here!

I've noticed that I now feel much calmer, more relaxed, less reactive and more considered than I was prior to Brain Balancing. My wife is more than happy to verify this!!

- Brain balancing has had some very strange but profound affects on me. A lot of the thoughts that flow through my head every day now are much the same as they were before – after all, brain balancing can’t make your problems go away. You still have to find a way to pay your university fees, learn complex subjects, revise for exams and get difficult course work done in short spaces of time while juggling family, friends, washing and cooking. I still don’t always do as well at these things as I would like – probably because my expectations have always been unrealistically high - but since having brain balancing, this stresses me out a lot less than it used to. In fact, I have noticed some fairly significant changes in my body, which are slowly beginning to spread to my busy and frenetic mind. I feel calm and happy most of the time. While my mind still reacts to situations with the same unhelpful thoughts, my body stays calm and doesn’t give in. This helps me look at things more rationally. I feel calmer and more in control, even when things aren’t going well or don’t turn out the way I would have liked them to.
The process is a fairly long one, you notice some changes very quickly but all the most profound things seem to come slowly, building upon earlier changes and getting gradually but continually better. As time has gone on, my thought patterns have begun to change and improve. There is a way to go yet but lately I have found myself able to face a very stressful situation, look at it for what it is and recalibrate my expectations. I wake up easily in the morning – in fact I love waking up – and the cold, dark winter isn’t getting to me at all this year. My memory has improved and my outlook is more positive, even when things are going wrong.

We had a lengthly chat about smoking in general and some of the things she said really made me question my habit. I use the vanilla one and add a bannana and apple to it and it really fills me up and sets me up for the day. - I had the pleasure of meeting Simone 4 years ago if not longer when she advised me on my hair through a friend of hers in bournemouth who at the time owned a mobile hair extension company. I have had my hair done this week by Simone and all I can say is she listens to what you want, asks you to fill out a questionaire sheet and even did a hair strand test before she would even agree to doing my hair which I have never had before. The extensions look amazing and I washed them for the first time Friday and they are so soft. She makes you feel a milllion dollars. Her home is so welcoming with scented candles, a lovely fresh pot of tea and even easter chocolate bars for me and my little girl. Thank you for such wonderful hair and I look forward to you doing my make up for my birthday party in June. Xx

Mary Harris - Amazing, Simone provided me and my mother with a personal and friendly service from the first time we contacted her until even after my wedding day. Simone even helped me get a few sexy pictures taken of me in my wedding underwear for my husband and put a slightly different look on me before my big day, it was a lot of fun and we had some giggles which helped calm my nerves. I received so many compliments on my wedding day and night from evening guests on how beautiful and glowing i looked. Thank you thank you thank you Simone for making my day extra special. Compared to the other dentists I was researching, Appledore stood out by miles!
From the friendly greeting by the reception team, the excellent explanations of how I would be treated, all the way to the gentle style of treatment supplied by the dentist….. I was impressed!
So, having realised that treatment every five years was not a good thing, I took the plunge and joined the Appledore Club…. This simple payment plan was a great investment form the very start, not only did I get a healthy discount on the 4 monthly Hygienists visits, I also got my teeth whitened!
One year later, I’ve just signed up again for the Appledore club – I consider it a “no brainier”… to any one reading this I strongly encourage you to use Appledore as your dentist, if you’re anything like me you’ll be bowled over.

I saw your newsletter in the reception area on my last visit, and I wanted to send a short note to commend you on the surgery and all the staff at Appledore.
Having come from a private practise where the staff were dismissive to the point of rudeness (this included our previous dentist). Your surgery has opened my eyes to what I had been putting up with for far too long.
From our first visit, we have been greeted by a friendly yet very professional approach from all the staff there. I especially liked that my toddler is encouraged and made a fuss of in the surgery, so much so that she rather enjoys going to the dentist. I would have no hesitation in recommending your service to others, and please do keep up all the good work.

Mrs J Gosling - I write to congratulate the centre and in particular Neale Katz.
Having been a person extremely nervous of all dentistry, I have delayed work required on my bottom front teeth for about two years, some loose, some gaps, and unsightly etc, I have had splints to hold them, stick them, fill them, etc.
However when Neale became my dentist we discussed stop messing about and do the job properly once and for all.
This required two extractions, four crowns and in all a 6 tooth bridge, the thought of this work made me extremely anxious, and of course there was the cost this is not inexpensive work, but eventually I decided to go for it.
With patience and time Neale and the staff guided me through it, almost no discomfort, and just two visits later I am the proud owner of a fabulous smile, I can bite into apples for the first time in many years, I love them, they look and feel great.
The cost, yes of course it was expensive, the best often is, but I know this quality will last long after the price is forgotten, my only regret is I didn’t do this years ago.

This was only our second visit to your practice, and as I said, myself and Pamela were so pleased with the way your team relate to their clients, and how you have created such a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you enter the clinic door. Going to the dentist can be a stressful experience for many people, it always has been for me, and can be quite a nerve racking time. However, the professional approach from your dentist and the supporting staff, helped so much to make the visit to Appledore a joy rather than a nail biting experience.

Nicola Taylor - " I met fellow dentist Teresa at a conference and she suggested that
she could straighten my teeth with an appliance called Invisalign, a
clear plastic brace which is almost invisible. I'd looked into getting
my teeth straightened before but had been told by various orthodontists
that it was a difficult job and I would have to wear head gear (a very
unattractive metal device worn on the outside of the face and head). I
just accepted the way my teeth were but felt embarrassed by my smile. I
was getting married the following year so when Teresa suggested it I
jumped at the chance to go ahead with Invisalign. When the treatment
plan came back it said I needed to wear Invisalign for 3 years, this
was very daunting but I wanted a nice smile so much that I decided to
commit myself to it. During the time I wore Invisalign only one person

amazed that I was wearing braces at all. I even wore Invisalign on my wedding day and had my photos taken with confidence.
The 3 years passed very quickly and Invisalign just became part of my
daily life. I have not looked back since. I am so unbelievably happy
with my new smile, I look at photos of me before and wonder why I never
had my teeth straightened sooner, but I hadn't met Teresa then! I
would recommend Invisalign to anyone considering having their teeth
straightened. It's the best thing I have ever done. "
Marion - For as long as I could remember had always been conscious of my uneven teeth, hiding my mouth when I smiled or laughed. I had worn a brace on my bottom teeth briefly when I was 16 which I was very self conscious of. It was extremely uncomfortable and dug into my gums to the point of scaring. Needless to say I stopped wearing it.
35 years later I read an article about Invisalign at the Appledore Clinic. I booked a consultation with Dr Teresa Day, fully expecting a disappointing response. Dr Day did a thorough examination and said “Yes we can do something here”. I was so excited. Dr Day explained the whole process thoroughly and clearly and said it would take approx 18 months. I walked from her surgery on air, I was so excited.
In total I have worn 27 sets of aligners for 2 weeks each. Wearing the aligners was easy and so comfortable, much better than wired braces. I am now at the final stage and I am so pleased with the finished result. 18 months later I have the smile I always wanted and am proud of.
The staff at the Appledore Clinic were always very professional and welcoming. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Admittedly the process is fairly expensive, but the finished result? PRICELESS!

Telanova - Having had two failed root canal treatments, numerous abscesses and, finally, an extraction of the offending front tooth, I associated visits to the dentist with pain, bewilderment and a fair amount of trepidation.
Even when Dr Teresa Day and Appledore were recommended to me for a dental implant, I assumed I'd have to endure more of the same to get the smile I desperately wanted. I couldn't have been more wrong.
Dr Day and her staff couldn't have been friendlier or more caring.
Every aspect of my treatment was explained in detail and, thanks to her skill and expertise (as well as her patience!), I experienced no pain or discomfort whatsoever (no mean feat for someone whose legs shook so much during a previous root canal treatment that her sandals fell
off!).
After literally months of being too embarrassed to smile, the final result is so amazing I can't stop grinning from ear to ear!

We booked Louise to sing Wagner for the Chief Executive of the Wokingham District Councils leaving do at very short notice. She was utterly professional and sang her aria magnificently, her voice filling the arena and her top notes making us tingle. But she went beyond the call of duty and diversified into operetta and other genres, showing huge versatility. She was hugely appreciated by everyone there.

Louise provided the musical second half to the Bucks W I Annual event at the High Wycombe Town Hall and it was a great afternoon. Her choice of music was very varied so something for everyone to enjoy with much joining in from the audience. The sound quality was perfect reaching the back of the large hall easily and clearly. Louise introduced each item with an anecdote or a snippet of information all warmly received. Her voice soars into the rafters and leaves you with that tingly spine and I know her performance was hugely appreciated by all 400.

In reference to Witt Studio Showcase - April 2011 "I particularly enjoyed Louise Herrington’s rendition of When You’re Good To Mamma from Chicago, but {one of} the two highlights for me were Mascagnis glorious Easter Hymn (Cavalleria Rusticana)." Louise was the soloist for the Easter Hymn.

Over the last 3 years Louise has sung at around 10 Witt Studio Showcases and also sung the soprano part of Diana for me in a production of Orpheus In The Underworld (original 1858 version.)
She has successfully tackled a wide spectrum of repertoire - music-theatre songs by Rodgers and Hammerstein, Kander and Ebb and Maury Yeston, intensely reflective Mozart and Tchaikovsky, thrilling performances of Wagner, Puccini and in the last showcase a fine version of the Easter Hymn from Cavalleria Rusticana.
In the latter her mighty soprano voice easily dominated a strong chorus of 85 voices.
She has a convincing stage presence and is equally capable of undertaking dramatic and comedic roles.
I have found her to be reliable and fun to work with.
I have just asked her to sing again at my next concert.
