    " Firstly, what a pleasure it was working with you. I found you very professional, considerate, knowledgeable and, just as importantly, 'on the same page'.
    I've noticed that I now feel much calmer, more relaxed, less reactive and more considered than I was prior to Brain Balancing. My wife is more than happy to verify this!!

    I was prone to severe mood swings bordering on depression, but I now notice that if I do start to feel anxious, I am aware much sooner and better able to deal with it, putting myself back in the drivers seat.

    I feel more optimistic, happier and even excited about the future.

    "Brain balancing has had some very strange but profound affects on me. A lot of the thoughts that flow through my head every day now are much the same as they were before Ė after all, brain balancing canít make your problems go away. You still have to find a way to pay your university fees, learn complex subjects, revise for exams and get difficult course work done in short spaces of time while juggling family, friends, washing and cooking. I still donít always do as well at these things as I would like Ė probably because my expectations have always been unrealistically high - but since having brain balancing, this stresses me out a lot less than it used to. In fact, I have noticed some fairly significant changes in my body, which are slowly beginning to spread to my busy and frenetic mind. I feel calm and happy most of the time. While my mind still reacts to situations with the same unhelpful thoughts, my body stays calm and doesnít give in. This helps me look at things more rationally. I feel calmer and more in control, even when things arenít going well or donít turn out the way I would have liked them to.
    The process is a fairly long one, you notice some changes very quickly but all the most profound things seem to come slowly, building upon earlier changes and getting gradually but continually better. As time has gone on, my thought patterns have begun to change and improve. There is a way to go yet but lately I have found myself able to face a very stressful situation, look at it for what it is and recalibrate my expectations. I wake up easily in the morning Ė in fact I love waking up Ė and the cold, dark winter isnít getting to me at all this year. My memory has improved and my outlook is more positive, even when things are going wrong.

  • Fantastic Results!

    "I had been thinking about giving up smoking for a while and spoke to Mary about this. We had a lengthly chat about smoking in general and some of the things she said really made me question my habit. I then went in to a session in mid December, again it was all very relaxed and the emphasis was on my thoughts regarding smoking and was all about encouraging me to ask myself the important relevant questions regarding my "Smoking Addiction" and was all about finding the inner strength and belief in myself that when i was actually ready to quit i could. I left my session with a different attitude to smoking and made the decision to myself that i wanted to quit on New Years Eve. I put no pressure on myself but was completely at ease with my decision and have not had a cigarette since. I have not used any patches or gum or anything i have just stopped. I have gone from smoking 20+ a day for more than half my life to zero! No cravings no mood swings just no smoking! It has only been 24 days but i have saved myself over £160 already, thank you Mary!
