Our client, a leading national Training Provider, based in Southport is looking to recruit Employment Advisors to work with a variety of clients, often referred by the other agencies and get them back into the workplace. The role requires you to show a high degree of empathy towards the applicants with a real desire to help them whilst remaining aware of the fact they aren't just there to listen to the problems its about helping them to get themselves back into to work. You will also need to have a commercial side as you will be targeted on the number of people you successfully place. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an innovative and forward-thinking organisation, in a role integral to it's success. About the Role: Conducting a diagnostics assessment with all clients to assess job readiness and identify the appropriate level of support required Provide all clients with an overview of the programme and market how they can provide appropriate support to facilitate their progress in to work.
