Police are appealing for information after a man was robbed in Portsmouth.
At around 1am on Sunday, July 1 the 17-year-old victim was walking along Somers Road, passed Somers Park School, when a beer can was thrown at him.
He carried on walking and was then approached by four males.
One of the males blocked his path and demanded his wallet from him. When he refused, he was punched.
The victim ran off and was chased by the four offenders where they caught up with him on an area of waste land. One of the offenders then produced a small knife and threatened him with it. The victim then handed over his wallet and the offenders made off.
The victim received minor cuts and bruises.
Male one is described as: white, 6ft, short blond hair, wearing a black tracksuit.
Male two is described as: white, 5ft 8ins, longish black hair, wearing a black tracksuit.
Male three is described as: white, 6ft 1ins, short dark hair, wearing a black tracksuit.
Male four is described as: white, wearing a purple tracksuit.
Detective Constable Pete Bambury, said: "This was an appalling incident and I appealing to anyone who may have seen the group of offenders responsible for this robbery.
"I would like to appeal directly to residents of Somers Road to check their gardens to see if the stolen wallet is there.
"I would urge anyone with any information to get in touch with us and help us with our inquiry."
