My name is Dave and my background is 22 years in the RAF in communications. I left in 1992 and went into security. About 2 years later I went back into communications with the MOD. As much as I enjoyed the job, I could not get used to working in the same place with no windows etc. I then decided to go into my own business.
I wanted something where I could help people and at the same time draw an income to compliment my pension from the RAF. I came across CityLocal and instantly took to it. I saw a way of helping businesses advertise their business at a very low cost and at the same time giving them real value for money. Since I have joined CityLocal, it has gone from strength to strength and they are always adding new features to help businesses grow.
I have now joined forces with Sal (CityLocal Havant & Waterlooville) and have started our own Contact Club. We now have the ability to link businesses together. We have only been going since September and it has become extremely popular.
