Our client a very successful international manufacturing distributor is currently looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to cover a 7 month maternity contract. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within electronics (but not essential) but will have previous experience working within manufacturing. Duties * Provide continuous communication to the customers about their orders, samples and other logistic issues. * Provide quotations through SAP and internal customer quote log system. * Reply to customers' written and verbal correspondences in a timely fashion within 24 hours. * Confirm receipt of new sample requests and provide customers with updates on sample status. * Follow up quotations and samples sent and find out approval status. * Expedite goods and update customers with information and shipping documents. * Liaise with customers on delivery schedules and amendments. * Help in developing business plans for existing and potential accounts in order to increase sales.
