Inventory Controller - Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain you will liaise with the 3PL provider to ensure the NDC operation meets its KPI`s. Within the 250Ksqft warehouse you will ensure integrity of the stock and that the 3PL provider handles the stock in the correct manner. You will also ensure the returns is handled correctly and in a timely manner.
Main Duties:
1. Generate and transmit monthly / weekly purchase orders to suppliers.
2. Purchase order management and administration.
3. Analyse system generated info on due/overdue orders.
4. Supplier performance.
5. Progress and chase orders, monitor shipments & expected delivery dates.
6. Expedite orders.
7. De-expedite orders as required.
8. Arrange in-bound and outbound priorities

The perfect candidate will be of degree calibre with a working expertise of 3PL warehouse operations.
Inventory Planning background / ERP Systems (Optimiza, SAP etc)
Analytical and modelling skills
Planning
MS advanced level - Microsoft excel, Access etc
