"After I received an item with the securing holes not aligned, screws too small and the supplied screwdriver did not fit, I was advised to send the item back by the expensive 1st class recorded service. The invoice was refunded but not my postage, despite my complaining. Next time I will buy from Amazon: they pay for the return of faulty goods, hassle free.
