Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a number of part time customer service agents.

They operate a lively and busy telephone ordering centre, handling inbound calls from customers. You should have an excellent telephone manner, be able to help customers with their ordersand have an expertise to accurately log info onto a computer system. Previous background in a similar customer service role and/or data entry would be desirable but not essential.

Vacanciesare workingthree evenings and 1 weekend (16-20hrs) a week. Possibly a permanent placement for the right applicant, aftera successful period of temporary work.

It would be ideal to have your own transport due to the location of the premises (far away from public transport drop offs).
