- To manage & deliver Compensation & Benefits programmes to support & embed the organisations reward philosophy.
- Background of reward management.
- The post holder also ensures that any developments in these areas are in line with Corporate Reward guidelines & within financial governance policies.
- Relevant HR or equivalent qualification.
- Good relationship building & influencing skills.
- Background of Hay grading would be an advantage.
- The incumbent will be a subject matter expert in Reward & will need to give advice & guidance on how to manage key parts of the process to HR Business Partners & business leaders

You will have:
- Excellent issue solving abilities
- The Reward Consultant manages the operational Reward team to deliver key reward interventions. This includes & is not limited to pay reviews, job evaluations, market analysis, pay advice, management of sign off process& management info, maintenance of the variable pay register.
- People organizational skills.
