Accounts Software Supporter - Exeter

I am looking for a min part-qualified accountant to work for a highly respected client in Exeter.

Working within an inhouse team you will be asked to provide technical assistance on accounts production to clients across the country in an efficient and clear manner. You will help solve problems and identify any future issues for customers along with handling various support queries from new clients.

The role is within a busy and challenging environment and prior work in a similar role is preferable. A relevant accounting qualification is desirable and you will most likely have come from a practice experience.

The successful applicant will have proven knowledge of accounts preparation and will be au fait with relevant accounting structures and standards. Strong customer service skills and good communication expertise are essential.
