The staff were friendly, helpful and eager to get me sorted with the axe that was right for ME. I never felt under pressure at any time. After about an hour I made the perfect choice, paid and I am now the proud owner of a new Jackson guitar.

I have also made other purchases from this company and the atmosphere is always very friendly. The staff are very knowledgeable also.
