Our client an international management and construction consultancy with offices worldwide are currently looking for a Director/Associate Director Building Surveying to head up their Building Surveying division in the North East.Applicants will be degree qualified and ideally be MRICS and have 8 yrs plus PQE. They will have developed excellent client facing skills and have the expertise to cross sell services and ideally have a good local knowledge and client contacts within the North East area.As a chartered Building Surveyor you will be working with regional property companies and large blue chip clients and be involved with Project Management and traditional Building Surveying.This is an excellent opportuinity for an experienced Building Surveyor looking for their next step on the ladder with a growing, highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy.
