Amy Jade Civil, also known as Amy Winehouse, aged 26, from Barnet in Hertfordshire has today pleaded guilty to a Section 5 Public Order Offence and common assault. As a result Ms Civil has been given a two year conditional discharge and been ordered to pay £85 costs and £100 in compensation. Acting Superintendent Simon Eatwell said: Milton Keynes has a very safe night time economy. We work very closely with our partners and as a result the number of serious assaults and more minor assaults like this one has fallen in the city centre. "We will not tolerate incidents of public order and will deal with offenders robustly. If you commit an offence of this nature you will face the consequences." |
