Polenastics - unlike any other fitness class!
"I became a personal trainer 6 years ago, after years in gyms etc I have tried most fitness crazes, but pole fitness is totally different.
It's so much fun that you just want more!
I started going to classes 6 months ago and after my 1st class I realised any nerves I had were silly. Everyone was friendly and the instructors are so helpful and easy to get on with, they inspire me to be better and learn more, and i still watch them in amazement.
Since then I have caught the pole bug and I just can't get enough! Not only has it made my body feel a lot more toned but the moves make you feel free, elegant and graceful... and that's addictive!"

Polenastics the way to get fit and have fun doing it
"I started pole fitness with polenastics in early 2009. I wont lie, before my 1st lesson I was sooo nervous I felt sick, I expected to walk in to a room full of barbie dolls. I couldn't have been more wrong! when I arrived everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I have been taught by quiet a few of the instructors and they have all been very supportive, encoraging and to make it better they made excercise fun! a total must! Each lesson i go to my addiction grows, I currently go to at least 2 lessons a week and like to get between 2 and 10 hours in at home if I can. In the past year I have seen my body shape change so much though the toning pole fitness others, don't miss out! give it a try!!!"

Why go the Gym when you can do Pole Fitness and actually have fun!
"I can’t tell you how many times the following words have come out of my mouth over the last few years: "right, this time I am going to stick at it, gym everyday, and NO bad food!”. Every time, I start with all the good intentions in the world and after a couple of weeks (more often than not a couple of days) I get bored and de-motivated and it all goes to pot. Or at least that’s how it was until Jan 2009 when a friend suggested I come along to a Polenastics lesson with her.
Nervous and a little bit excited I went to my first lesson and haven’t looked back since. The Polenastics classes are welcoming, fun and upbeat and the instructors are so enthusiastic and encouraging – I trust them (a must when you are upside down!) and strangely I want to keep learning and keep pushing myself to show them how far I have come! I haven’t felt nervous since that first lesson, I just feel excited about what I’ll learn next. Now the words so frequently coming out of my mouth are “sure, I’ll give that a go” and “let me try it one more time, I want to get it right”!
Polenastics classes have been something that I have enjoyed and has kept me motivated to be fit more than any Gym membership could (and more toned), I’ve made some great new friends along the way, and most importantly it has given me confidence in myself and what I can achieve!
Give it a try – you might find you love it!

Polenastics are ace!!!
"I began learning to pole at the start of 2009, and it is putting it mildly to say that I the least co-ordinated, and most likely to fall over person I know. I also have to admit that I have spent my life being on the chubby side, permanently moving in and out of diets and finding it very hard to stick at any sort of exercise. Pole has changed all of the above.
Finally I have found an exercise that while at times I may be a little frustrating for my instructors :-) because I take forever to pick up the moves. I enjoy and has really helped with my co-ordination, and given me the will power to stick at a diet, while also really helping me shift the pounds.
From the instructors I have found continual sources of inspiration, and encouragement, from a team of dedicated professionals. No matter how many times I may behave like a child throwing my toys out of the pram as I am on the verge of giving up on the move they are trying to teach me. Despite all of this they coach and enthuse me, always finding new and simpler ways to break the move down so I can conquer it.
I have gained a lot both from the private lessons and the classes, not to mention the jam sessions that give you a chance just to have a mess around and get to know the others.
Pole is a fantastic sport and I would really recommend Pippa and the polenastics team, they are absolute legends. Setting aside the exercise aspect, it has been a great opportunity to get to know some other fantastic people and I have made a lot of brilliant friends!! Definately a great way to shed some of those mince pie pounds :-)"

Pole Fitness
"If you haven't tried pole fitness, you must. I am an aerobics instructor and have tried many fitness crazes, but this is the most addictive fun I've had in a long time. The instructors are all really great, making sure you have a fab time whilst staying safe and getting a workout to boot. Go on give it a go :)"

Polenastics= Fantastic !!
"I started pole in Feb this year after listening to my friend going on and on about how great it was. I went mostly to amuse her but after such a fun first lesson i soon found myself going back each week..sometimes twice a week to learn new moves and practice those ones i couldnt quite get. Be Warned.. this exercise is very addictive!! :)
You dont have to be super fit to do pole and there are many shapes and sizes in the classes which is great! The polenastics team are super at all times and make the classes very relaxed and fun for all!
Book in now and you will see for yourself that Polenastics is A+

Polenastics
"I was with a Gym last year and only ever really went swimming apart from the odd occasion on the treadmill. I joined with my bloke and only ever really went for him. (I don't do physical stuff.) So I thought now my gym membership is over I would give pole ago and have not looked back since. I get a really good work out and feel my muscles toning. I love the fact that I am looking after my body and learning an art! I think I have had 6 lessons and was addicted after the first, my Saturdays used to be made for clubbing and now its all about the pole! If anyone was thinking about a new hobby I would highly recommend it! Such good fun. Also Alex, your an awesome trainer. Thank you."

Get booked in and give it a go.
"I used to see people doing pole and would stare in amazement thinking I wish I could do that! Then I found Polenastics. When I first enquired to Polenastics I was a bit nervous but from the first contact I could tell that they were a very friendly but professional company. I went along to my first lesson with butterflies in my tummy but once I got there it was a very relaxed friendly atmosphere with a variety of types of people taking part from old to young and everyone made me feel at ease. I came away from my first lesson on a high just wanting to do more! From then I was a pole addict!!!!
I am surprised how much my strength, flexibility and muscle tone has improved since I started (which was only a few months ago).
There are classes pretty much everyday or 1-2-1's and I have even had a provate lesson with a few friends which i find great as I am a mum and my partner does shifts which sometimes makes it difficult to be at the same place at the same time every week but I always manage to get my pole fix in every week! Its one of very few things I get to do for myself these days and I wouldnt give it up for anything!
It is a great team to be a part of and I would say defiantly get booked in and give it a go."

Polenastics - TRUST me for all shapes and sizes
"If i fill in a few missing blanks that may be some of HELP, I was a size 18 on a diet and have a wedding next year fast approaching and i am like any regular women i think???? that i do not enjoy the gym and all of these exercise classes that you feel like you want to die and give up. I find i will commit to something that i enjoy hopefully you are nodding your head whilst reading this???
NOW
I am a lower end of a size 16 and i have being doing pole for a couple of month and like the other reviews was slightly apprehensive on going along to my first class but this has to have been one of the most positive things i have done as everybody was great and made me apart of the class and have made some goods friends.
OMG this is great exercise for toning having fun and achieving something every lesson and is a great conversation stopper lol, My bingo wings are getting toned my core is being toned basically an all round work out.
I am so addicted i actually have a private lesson with my instructor Alex every week as well as going to the group lesson but i have to say you can do as little or as much as you feel comfortable with.
If i can pole REALLY anybody can as i am living proof that you do not have to be slender, its addictive great fun and your toning your body at the same time.
