Housing Officer / Neighbourhood Officer (Housing Management)Leicester Salary £22,892 per annum + car allowance 35 Hours per week Our client provides housing and regeneration for people and communities across central and southern England. With over 40yrs background and more than 12,000 homes in management and development, they promise to continually deliver high-quality services, regeneration ability and equality of opportunity for all. They are currently looking for a Housing Officer to join their team and provide a high standard of housing management for a specific portfolio of our properties. It will be your responsibility to be a visible presence in their housing neighbourhoods, consulting with tenants, involving residents in decision making and directing customers to appropriate agencies and services for support. You will be responsible for both tenancy and estate management. You will assist in the collection of rent and the letting of properties.
