Based in North London our client is looking for a highly professional motivated clinical Sister /Charge Nurse to provide clinical management and leadership to all staff working in the Neuro Rehabilitation Unit. Ensuring high standard of nursing care are met at all times. Compensation range from 36,973.00 - 42,866.00 Benefits. Our client is 1 of the London award winning hospitals. Responsibilities include professional and unbeatable high-level of quality nursing care, promote team working to maximise effectiveness of service delivery, customer & consultant satisfaction, maximise team working effectiveness of service delivery, positive role model & Mentor to the nursing team, directing staff accordingly and ensuring company policies are adhered all times,. Regularly deputise for Morden Matron, providing management and leadership in their absence.
