The successful candidate will be placed as a Senior Business Analyst within the Voice and Broadband Operations leading specific performance improvement initiative to enhance the overall customer experience and business results. Working independently the senior Business Analyst conduct analysis of the current issues, proposes changes to resolve the issues and finally implement. This will involve regular liaison with different parts of the business and engage all stakeholders to solve cross-functional problems.
The key skills and requirements required for the role are as follows:
*Excellent statistical analysis skills
*Technical experience
*Recent Project Management/Project Ownership experience
