Sap Functional Analyst
A SAP Functional Analyst is required to undertake a six month contract vacancy based in Central London for a government end client.
The SAP Functional Analyst will take full ownership, accountability and responsibility for:
*Day-to-day SAP Incident support for the client's user community and assist the progression of SAP change as required for the highly complex, sophisticated and technical SAP estate.
*Efficient and speedy resolution of problems and incidents, including critical incidents which could impact the operations of back office processes which are reliant upon the smooth running of the SAP system.
*Ensuring there is no degradation in SAP functionality, application performance or usability during upgrade, patching, support pack or similar change activity which could result in service disruption and impacts to business processes which are reliant upon the SAP system.
