All of our products are carefully sourced and selected from some of the biggest names on the high street including the large supermarkets and well known consumer electronics retailers.

The current economic climate has seen a large increase in demand for "Factory Graded", or "Nearly New" refurbished classed products where value for money is top priority when making purchasing decisions. The feedback that we receive from our customers shows that the quality and value for money of these products is well beyond their expectations and tramples the stigma surrounding the graded product market place. In fact, our customers return to us time and time again to continue making their consumer electronic purchases and some have even said that they wouldn't buy "new" again.

**Warranty**

All products sold are subject to a warranty. Products that develop any faults within this period are subject to a replacement or equivalent offering (Subject to stock availability). To qualify under the terms of the warranty, all faulty items must be received within the warranty specified from the original purchase date together with proof of purchase.

Please note that the warranty covers products for manufacturing defects and does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse and general wear and tear. Consumables such as Ink cartridges, batteries & tapes etc, are not covered by the warranty.

**About WEEE**

The amount of WEEE Britain throws away is increasing by around 5% each year, currently making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. The result of this can have a harmful effect on the natural habitat, wildlife and also on human health.

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive has now become UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

Under the WEEE regulation, MOR Electronics consumers are entitled to the take back of their WEEE on a like for like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us (Postage not included).

For example, if a customer bought a new 19” LCD TV from us we would accept their old 19” LCD TV and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Is the product new?

No. The products we sell are “Factory Graded” & “Nearly New” which means that they are sold in perfect working order complete with all packaging and accessories. The products we sell are specifically tested and are only sold once they have gone through a meticulous testing programme. 



Does the product come complete with all accessories?

All products sold through this channel are sold complete with accessories. For example, all TV’s will come complete with remote control, power lead & instruction manual. Remote Controls may be replicated remotes and instruction manuals may come in digital format.

Factory Graded & Nearly New

The products we sell are “Factory Graded” & “Nearly New” which means that they are sold in perfect working order, in most cases complete with all packaging and accessories. "Factory Graded" doesn't necessarily mean that you are getting any lesser quality in your purchase. It simply means that the products available to purchase have been either returned to the manufacturer or retailer for reasons ranging from:

· Minor faults that have been repaired to "new" (Manufacturer Standard Repair) to the simple fact that the item purchased was unsuitable.

· Or the product is an ex display or example model no longer suitable for sale as new. Items that have been out on display may have very light cosmetic scratching, but no more than this.


Box Damaged & New

MOR Electronics also sells products that are classified as Box Damaged & New. 

The description of this classification is as follows:

· Boxed Damaged items are new products that have experienced some stress to the manufacturers original outer packaging or presentation box.The contents of Boxed Damaged products are checked thoroughly and passed under strict guidelines before presented for sale. MOR Electronics performs checks to ensure that any damage is only limited to the product packaging and that the product itself is in no way damaged and in complete working order.

· New products are as stated. New, sealed and in the original retail or manufacturers packaging.
