The Fox and Coney Inn

A country pub in Hull, The Fox and Coney Inn is based in the quiet village of South Cave.  It is formally a coaching inn dating back to 1739.  The pub is currently going through a full refurb to slightly modernise it but keeping the georgian feel. The inn has twelve letting rooms that suit the needs of workers, business men, couples and families.  The hotel consists of en-suite double, twin, single and family rooms all charged at very reasonable prices. 

To the rear of the building there is free off road car parking facilities and a small shading beer garden.

It is approximately ten miles west of the centre of Hull making it ideal for those who don’t want to stay in the busy city centre, it is also approximately ten miles south of the market town of Beverley. 

This public house has a restaurant which supplies fresh home cooked food all day every day.  With an array of drinks including real ales, lagers and ciders, plus a vast country wide wine menu and fresh tea coffee facilities, The Fox and Coney can meet everyone’s needs. 

The Fox and Coney country pub also hosts an array of top entertainment acts throughout each year, these nights include quizzes, bands, magic acts, charity nights and much more. They build their events list for people not only from Hull but for people travelling far and wide.

The Fox and Coney Inn has also been proven to be popular with walkers/ramblers as it is at the foot of the wolds way, one of the most popular walks in the country.  The walkers come in after a long walk around Hull and surrounding areas to enjoy a coffee by one of the open fires.
